quality assurance commitment
RAW MATERIALS CONTROL
All raw materials are inspected upon arrival on the HUURRE premises, using specific reception controls for each type of material, thus guaranteeing that all employed raw materials comply with very high quality assurance standards and that their performance are in accordance with the reference standards.
ABSOLUTE TRACEABILITY
HUURRE develops a state-of-the-art CIM production system (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) that guarantees full traceability of all the materials used in manufacturing, from receipt on the HUURRE premises to when the finished panel is delivered to the client.
PRODUCT QUALITY ASSURANCE
All HUURRE’s finished products are subject to strict quality control.
In the case of sandwich insulating panels, HUURRE runs flexion, compression and traction, thermal conductivity, core density, accelerated ageing and dimensional control tests, and others.
For its other products, among others, it runs dimensional and geometrical, punching and perforation checks etc.

LABORATORY-ACCREDITED PERFORMANCES
The AENOR quality assurance marking “N” certifies the values declared by HUURRE for fire performance, mechanical strength, thermal insulation and leak-tightness by means of onsite audits and annual inspections These annual inspections in independent laboratories are used to check the values obtained in factory protection self-controls.
The panel thermal insulation values certified by Acermi Tremplin stamp are based on six-monthly audits with sample taking for tests at the CSTB laboratories.
Maintaining the FM certificate (FM approval) is based on annual audits of the production process and in-house tests in the HUURRE laboratory.
